If you have crossed by sheikh zayed road lately you would see this huge giagantic Ads of Lana del rey ( I am a HUGE fan of her) for H&M. H&M songstress Lana Del Rey stars in its fall ad campaigns. The clothes are apparently "modern and feminine" with a "soft attitude,"  sounds pretty much exactly like our Lana <3 font="font">

I am particularly obsessed with the bottoms prints and the oh so chic peplum tops <3 nbsp="nbsp" span="span">

Cant-Live-Withouts!

Hey! so today I'm going to dedicate a post to products I am loving right now ..

first things first.. you know all the hipe about BB cream isn't so new so I went and searched for best BB creams on the web that are available in Dubai and then one day I came across this in the drugstore .. Garnier All-in-one BB cream, so I thought given its inexpensive price I might wanna try it and the result was amazing. This product contains SPF as well as it brightens, evens, hydrates. It has Vitamin C with other pigments and It did not cause my skin any harm. But the fact this applies on like a dewy moisturizer and I have an oily skin, I always have to set it with a powder so it stays for hours. I am glad I got this, since I needed something light to apply on daily basis.

I cant live without a nicely bronzed sculpted cheeks! I got introduced to Inglot AMC multicolour system bronzing powder in 79 and I've been using it for a year or so, I love it! So natural with velvet finish and gives u this nice glow and it is a Paraben Free formula.. just what I was looking for 

Stila Sheer Pressed Powder

Everyone knows a good quality setting powder is a MUST .. so I came across this a while ago when I was shopping abroad and I LOVE it!

I dunno if stila is available in Dubai :'( but this is a must buy for oily skin. It amazingly controls the shine in your face and leaves your skin with smooth, flawless finish.

We all love a nice pink lips! so this is my all time favorite: MAC Lipstick:  Please Me, now this may seem light on Beige Middle-easterners BUT I apply this with a lipliner first or apply MAC Mehr lipstick on the borders of my lips and then apply please me in the middle and the result looks amazing <3 span="span">

Hey lovlies!!

its been a loooong time since I last posted something :( .. I had a hectic summer !

Anyways I've been raving about changing the style of nails cause I always choose something predictable such as french manicure or deep red polish.. and of course the shape of my nails are always square .. which I hope to change this time!

I'm loving the Trendy stiletto but since my nails are on the short side I am afraid that is not possible and I hate extensions as well..

What are your favorite shapes?

Avocados Love!!

I seriously never tried avocado as juice or ate it!!!! and I gave it a shot today, its tasteless :/ I dunno however I heard that is full of vitamins and it does good to the skin! so I did prepared the Avocados Mask for oily skin: 

Things you will need:

• Cucumber slices
• Avocado pulp – ½ cup

Procedure:

Take an avocado and cut it into two halves. Now scoop the pulp from one of the halves of the fruit. Use a spoon to crush it to make a smooth paste. Now take a cucumber and cut two slices. Use face wash and warm water for cleansing the face thoroughly. Later pat dry the face. Now spread the paste evenly all over the face and massage it well to soak it into the skin. Place cucumber slices on the eyes and rest for about 10–15 minutes. Later, use lukewarm water to rinse your face and pat dry the skin.

Afterwards, my skin looked instantly glowing I LOVE IT!! this is a definitely must try!!

 I also found another AMAZING Avocado face masks to share: 

Honey and Avocado Face Mask:

Things you will need:

• Yogurt – 1 tablespoon
• Honey – 1 tablespoon
• Cucumber – 1
• Avocado pulp (medium ripe) – ½ of the fruit

  Egg white and Avocado Face Mask:

  Things you will need:
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Egg white – 1
  • Avocado pulp – ½ avocado

    Mixed Avocado Face Mask:

    Things you will need:
    • Chamomile oil – 1 or 2 drops
    • Honey – 1 ounce
    • Molasses – 1 tablespoon
    • Orange juice – 1 ounce
  • Avocado pulp – 2 ounces
• Here are some of the benefits of avocado face mask for the skin:
  • Avocado fruit has many vitamins and minerals such as zinc, vitamin A, potassium, vitamin B, sodium, magnesium, copper, vitamin K, iron, calcium and vitamin E. All these vitamins and minerals give complete nourishment to the skin.
  • Also avocado oil is a good source of collagen. Collagen is an agent which is responsible for maintaining skin elasticity. Hence application of avocado facial mask aids in keeping the skin young and supple and delays the aging process.
  • Avocado oil moisturizes the skin naturally and hence gives glow to the skin.
  • The profusion of enzymes and vitamins aids in dealing with various skin problems such as acne, dark spots and inflammation.
  • Application of face mask regularly aids in clearing and deep cleansing to remove the dirt and grime which build up in the skin pores. It thus prevents acne breakouts and thereby results in offering glowing skin

MAKE UP HAUL

Today I passed by Lifestyle for a change, and it happened so that they had a SALE on make up products as the make up junkie I am I got soo excited to check things out... 

first ... I was looking for a good concealer, which hard to find because my skin is oily and color sometimes smudges and goes away like grey .. however, I used REVLON which is good kinda creamy but the down side to it is that it does not last long even though I used small smudges

What I found todayyy *drumrolls*

Prestige CORRETTORE PERFECT SKIN in Biege 
and lemme tell you this IT IS AMAZING!! I love it not to creamy, gives you that fresh natural coverage like you had 8 hrs sleep Besides it is so practical you can carry this in your bag!

and this amazing crem gel tattoo eyeshadow is to die for! the pigment is really breath taking, Im sorry for the bad quality picture (these saturated colors are: silver dark grey and gold) there are more colors as well but I loved these the most since I love mixing darks with highlighting shades

and you know a girly girl can't live without a sensational mascara

I fell in love with the brush to be honest, works best with me! it is both volumising and lengthening and it gives you the fake eyelashes look if you curl your lashes after applying the mascara (I don't know but that's how I do it :P)

I am a fan of matte lipsticks, particularly nude ones! I love to mix these shades with different a bit lighter lipglosses with a pink hue so that it looks more radiant and I loved this  NYX caviar lipstick the closest thing I could find to my ALL TIME FAVORITE MAC in MEHR (unfortunatly discontinued as I last time checked in store) the difference is nyx is a bit warmer than the blue based mehr 

  again I only love using those colors mixed with great lipglosses think NARS turkish delight, smash box in pout, pop or scoop or even NYX in natural
