From cold teabags to frozen peas, the best DIY treatments to get rid of puffy and sore eyes:
TEASPOONS
Keep a couple of teaspoons in the fridge, place them over your eyes for ten minutes for instant results.
MASSAGE
Drain sinuses, which can cause puffy eyes, while still lying down flat in the morning. With some face oil, start at the sides of the nose and run your ring fingers across and out over the face towards the jaw hinge. Repeat several times.
COLD TEABAGS
Try a couple of cold chamomile tea bags, or cottonwool balls soaked in iced tea placed on your eyes for up to ten minutes.
SLEEPING WITH TWO PILLOWS
