Heidi Klum to Launch Jewelry Line With QVC!

Heidi Klum is adding to her surprisingly popular lifestyle brand with a costume jewelry collection which will be launched via QVC on September 8th. In 2006, Klum launched her first attempt with a fine jewelry line also sold through QVC. That line was discontinued in 2009, after a lawsuit by Van Cleef & Arpels, which alleged one of Klum’s designs were a ripoff of its signature Alhambra Collection clover motif. The suit was settled in 2008, but as part of that settlement, Klum was forced to stop selling the line by June of 2009.
Second time’s a charm! The former model’s latest jewelry venture, which is called Wildlife by Heidi Klum, includes thirty five varied pieces from cocktail rings to charm bracelets, and ranges from $30-$200 a piece. Because Klum’s first line sold as well as it did (before its court ordered extinction,) QVC has already ordered next season’s collection of Wildlife and expects it to do just as well as this one.
In addition to Klum’s shoewear lines, clothing line, long-running television show, and massive lifestyle website, she’s also launching her own signature scent (cue the eyerolling!) in conjunction with Coty this September.

According to Heidi, she was on a trip to Italy when she was inspired by the clover-shaped design and used this shape as a base for her new line of jewelry. This line included diamond studded pendants, bracelets, clover-shaped gold earrings, silver knotted clover earrings, and more. Van Cleef & Apparels immediately filed suit against Klum and Mouawad when the line was introduced featuring this special clover shape. According to Van Cleef & Arpels, Klum and Mouawad stole the specific clover motif that they had already copyrighted.

Beyoncé’s Gold Glastonbury Outfit

Ms. Beyonce Knowles-Carter headlined England’s Glastonbury music festival Sunday. She graced the stage by wearing the sequined gold mini from French designer Alexandre Vauthier’s fall 2011 fall couture collection. Beyonce paired this tunic over black hotpants and a gold belt. I personally think that she looked FAB!!

Envelope Clutches

The message is clear designers are creating clutches that hold more than just a credit card and a tube of lipstick. And while it's true that it would take a duffel bag to carry every editor essential, fashionistas are scaling back just a bit and toting envelope style clutches.

Preview Versace's Upcoming H&M Collection

H&M has announced its next collaborator: Versace. Donatella Versace looked back at the house archives to reinterpret classic Versace designs from 1978 to today "iconic Versace pieces [from] iconic Versace moments" as she put it  for the collection, which will encompass around 40 pieces for women, as well as a 20-piece collection for men and a selection of homeware (think bedspreads and pillows). Since the collection is debuting on November 17 (in 300 stores worldwide and online)  right in the thick of party season, as Margareta van den Bosch, creative advisor at H&M, points out  it will be dominated by gold studded leather dresses (one of which Donatella was "so excited" about that she wore yesterday to take her bow at the Versace men's show), colorful silk and print dresses, high heels, and costume jewelry.

I hear wedding bells!

The second reason why I love weddings beside the white frosting delicious cake is wedding dress!! So as summer is the season of wedding over here, I take all the joy to stare at beautiful wedding gowns by my favorite designers. When I see these wedding dresses I get carried away with the femininity and charm of these designs!! this is my seasonal eye pleasure LOL  *shyface*

So here's Carolina Bridal : Spring/Summer 2011

This dress reminded me of Frida( Salma Hayek's movie) lol

This dress looks like a Cinderella dress! soo fabulously ladylike

I love the bow detail, it kinda looks like its wrapping the dress down! and the bolero idea is new to wedding dresses

Embellished Belts are definitely a trend in wedding dresses

I loved this dress, the fact that the thrown ruffles has given the dress a sophisticated look

Vera Wang Spring 2011

I’m a big fan of the structured ruffles on this dress. Fan-shaped busts are a trend these days
Another mermaid dress, but the flared skirt is more subdued.

I love this dress! it actually looks like rose petals

I would definitely say “I do!” to a Vera Wang wedding dress, especially if it were within my means to buy one. And now that I’ve seen the photos of White by Vera Wang, I’m starting to wish that I were getting married in the near future. White by Vera Wang is her new wedding gown line for David’s Bridal, which was released to the public on February 11. Prices range from $600 to $1,400, which is quite fantastic considering that each dress is just as dreamy as her couture collection. They feature Vera Wang’s signature hand-cut details and come in tafetta, tulle, lace, organza, satin-faced organza, charmeuse, and bobbin net. And despite what the name of the collection suggests, the wedding gowns also come in ivory, blush, and champagne.

This one is my favorite <3 !!

this dress is beyond PERFECT! quite simple roman one shoulder dresses, not to mention that the belt is a gorgeoues detail

Elie Saab Bridal Collection 2011

This dress is my favorite <3 the back is just so beautiful I can imagine it with wavy down side hair do and classic make up (red lipstick and eyeliner) perfrcto!

That's enough gorgeousness for the day! what are your favorites lovelies?
